What will my child's therapy session involve?
The Child Development Hub provides Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Dietitian services to children of all ages. Each treatment is personally tailored to your child's specific needs. The Child Development Hub will provide formal and informal assessments, feedback, goal setting, liaison with relevant stakeholders, reports, face-to-face intervention, equipment prescription and home programs.

Do I need a referral?
You do not require a referral to access services through the Child Development Hub although a GP/Specialist referral may qualify for Medicare Rebates for eligible clients. Please discuss this with your treating practitioner for more information.

I have private health insurance. Can I use it?
If your private health fund covers the services that you are accessing we will be able to provide you with your rebate on the day of service. As each health fund is different, please check with your fund whether the service is covered and how much the rebate will be.

Will the NDIS cover this service?
The Child Development Hub provides therapy for NDIS clients who are self and plan managed. We also provide therapy for agency managed clients over the age of seven years old.
